Job Summary

We are seeking applicants for anticipated part-time faculty openings in the Department of Healthcare Studies. The department typically hires adjunct faculty to teach classroom-based, hybrid, and online courses for the Healthcare Administration program and Addictions and Behavioral Health programs.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $4000 per 3-credit class. Benefits may be eligible, and the university actively seeks applications from women, veterans, individuals with a disability, and members of underrepresented groups.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Addictions and Behavioral Health/Mental Health or a related area is required.
  • A Doctorate in Healthcare Administration or Counselor Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Significant teaching experience is highly valued.
  • The ability to teach online and/or complete the university's teacher training modules for online course teaching is desired.
