About the Opportunity

Classic Kia Smithfield is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, ensuring that customers have a positive experience throughout the buying process.

The ideal candidate is highly energetic, enthusiastic, and possesses excellent communication skills. Previous dealership experience is a significant advantage, but not essential. You must have a clean and valid driver's license and be willing to submit to a background check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approach and greet customers in the showroom or sales lot, offering assistance or direction as needed.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Builde strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform high-quality presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous dealership experience is a huge plus.
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess a strong desire to succeed in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.
