We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care to patients. You will work closely with our medical team to develop and implement effective care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Conduct sick calls and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Assist physicians with medical procedures and provide support with patient care.
- Carry out orders, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to medical emergencies and monitor patients for communicable diseases.
- Counsel patients on compliance with diet, medications, and treatment plans.
- Respond to inquiries, medical appointments, orders medications and supplies, and provide additional nursing care duties as required.
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- A valid and current RN license issued by the State of Colorado.
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
