Job Summary

EPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer to join our team as a Project Engineer I. This role will involve serving as the lead production engineer for minor to mid-level difficulty drainage tasks provided by the Flood Control team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for tasks such as 1D/2D hydraulic models, rainfall runoff models, and drainage design calculations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgets and schedules.
  • Lead meetings with clients and review agencies, and present technical information.
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, and specifications.
  • Perform quality control on tasks, budgets, schedules, and plans, and report on project status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Construction Management, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project planning and execution for land development projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and exposure to scheduling software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work with multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
