Customer Service Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at TransCore in Dover, Delaware.
As a key member of our customer service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, training, and monitoring the daily activities of our customer service staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team of up to 20 employees.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the customer service staff
- Monitoring performance measures and reporting to management on a daily basis
- Assessing customer service levels and providing feedback to staff
- Ensuring that all customer service representatives are courteous and professional
- Effectively delegating work tasks and ensuring that performance measures are met
Required skills and experience include:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 1 year prior customer service and call center experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior supervisory experience
