Salary Information

The estimated salary for this Registered Nurse RN Operating Room position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Work Schedule will be Fri-Sun 7p-7a
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse
  • 1 year applicable experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
