Job Overview

destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment team, you will play a vital role in assisting in diagnosing and treating diseases by performing laboratory tests on patient samples.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissue) to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Record and report test results accurately and promptly to inform patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to interpret results and inform patient care.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Certification by a recognized body (e.g., ASCP, CSMLS).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
