Administrative Support Specialist

Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to Senior Leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing routine and advanced correspondence, planning and organizing meetings, and communicating on behalf of the executives. Additionally, the incumbent must work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment and have a strong proficiency with MS Office Applications. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience providing administrative support to executive level leadership and a strong ability to handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information with discretion. The pay range for this position is $42, $67,900.00.
