About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Specialist - Behavior Technician to join our team at Hills & Dales Child Development Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing customized programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients achieve their goals, enhance social skills, manage behaviors, and develop vital communication techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Implement customized programs designed by our BCBA to help clients achieve their goals
  • Enhance social skills, manage behaviors, and develop vital communication techniques
  • Collect data, maintain progress notes, and adhere to documentation requirements
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Autism and other behavioral or psychological conditions
  • Patient and understanding approach when working with clients
  • Ability to focus on tasks, communicate effectively, and follow instructions
