Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our night shift team at US Foods, Inc. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of warehouse associates to achieve accurate orders, efficient workflow, and high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, safety, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse distribution, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- HACCP certification.
- PCQI certification.
The work takes place in a normal warehouse environment, as well as in cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees.
Travel10% travel required, typically for mandatory meetings and/or training.
