The Role

This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reconciliation for our patients' accounts. As a Clinical Financial Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for billing, reimbursement, posting, and allocation to achieve a zero balance. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in navigating insurance payers and resolving account issues.

You'll work closely with our team to identify and address any challenges that arise during the reconciliation process. Your organizational skills will also be crucial in keeping track of your caseload and gathering information during account reviews.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cash posting and/or reconciliation of patient accounts.
  • Proficiency in Google, Google Docs, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with NexGen is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Meeting deadlines and KPI metric expectations.
  • Experience navigating clearinghouses and insurance portals.
  • Proficiency with medical record technology required.
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in our Nashville office.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees, including a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $52,500 per year, depending on location and experience. This base pay is just one aspect of our total compensation package, which may include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short and long-term incentives.
