About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and execute interdisciplinary projects with a focus on federal projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget of projects across the project lifecycle, from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead teams and staff assigned for United States Federal design and construction administration projects
  • Develop and monitor a detailed project plan to track progress and identify shortfalls in a timely manner
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Maintain project documentation control
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or related field plus six (6) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Professional Registration in Architecture or Engineering related to building construction
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Architecture or Engineering leading multidisciplinary teams on project deliverables
  • Experience in developing scope, fee, and terms for proposals and change orders for interdisciplinary teams related to building design and engineering
