Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
  • Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and other equipment as needed.
  • Paint and repair surfaces as directed by the facility manager.
  • Check and maintain safety items, such as gate arms and ticket spitters.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
