Job Summary: This position will support our Woman's Health floors, working 4, 10-hour shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays. The role ensures organizational excellence related to customer service and quality of care while promoting excellence in the cultural experience at assigned hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide services to patients, families, and significant others, including biopsychosocial assessments, psychiatric diagnoses, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans and discharge planning to support and enhance biopsychosocial functioning.
• Receive referrals for individuals from at-risk populations from interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, case managers, and staff nurses.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field and LSW license in the State of Ohio.
• 1-2 years' experience as an LSW, preferably in a patient-centric setting, and knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills.
• Ability to act quickly and work in high-stress situations.

Work Environment:
• Day shift
• 40 hours per week
