Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, as well as diagnostic tests such as EKG and retinopathy screening.
  • Assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform point-of-care testing.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for patient care.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience documenting in an Electronic Medical Record.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
  • Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Phlebotomy Certificate or experience.
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
