Acquisitions Specialist II, Federal Contracting Position

Job Summary:
IMSolutions is seeking an experienced Acquisition Specialist II to support the federal government in a remote, full-time position. This role is contingent on the award of a federal contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master Federal and Departmental procurement regulations and have expert knowledge of Federal contracting law, regulations, policies, and precedents.
- Skilled in promoting e-commerce and supporting automated acquisition systems, contractor performance evaluation systems, electronic invoicing systems, and other electronic systems facilitating the agency's move to paperless contracting.
- Provide input on operational improvements, program policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, understand complex issues, maintain good working relations, and meet basic professional performance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 24 credit hours in business or a business-related field.
- Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) (Professional).
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Master's Degree in business or a business-related field.
