About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves supporting environmental investigations in natural systems, applying scientific principles to develop solutions for technical problems, and coordinating with task and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan, execute, analyze, and report on environmental investigations in natural systems.">
  • Apply standard field practices and techniques using basic field equipment to collect samples of soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and sediment.">
  • Prepare technical science-based work plans, data summaries, and reports.">
  • Interpret and record data, conduct analyses, compare findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Remedial/Site investigation, remediation planning, or design experience.">
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (including polished client presentation skills), organization, time management, and an individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.">
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preparing technical reports.">
  • Certificates OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER Training and current refresher; first-aid/CPR.">

Location and Salary

The expected salary range for this position is $68,000.00 - $80,000.00, depending on location and individual qualifications.
