US Physiatry is a national group of physiatrists dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services. As a physician with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in an inpatient facility setting and provide high-quality patient care.

Physician Leadership Opportunities

We offer flexible and diverse independent practices, anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC. Our experienced physical medicine physician leadership team is committed to excellence in rehabilitation and provides a stable practice environment.

Career Advancement and Growth

In this role, you will have the autonomy to choose between an independent contractor (1099) and employed (W-2) pay model. This flexibility allows you to customize your career path and achieve your professional goals.

Benefits Package

As a W-2 physician with US Physiatry, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of approximately $250,000 per year, based on location and experience
  • A monthly productivity bonus with no income cap
  • No practice overhead expenses
  • Access to full benefits, including malpractice insurance coverage and CME reimbursement
