Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to patients with complex behavioral health needs.

About the Role:

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized plans of care that address physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them to manage their health effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted state RN license.
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse.
  • Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
