Medical Records Administrator Job Overview

This position offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals to join the U.S. Army as a Medical Records Administrator. No prior experience is required, and successful candidates will become part of a dedicated team of Soldiers, receiving valuable training, benefits, and job security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compilation of data and preparation of statistical reports
• Initiation of correspondence concerning medical records and related reports
• Application of medical terminology knowledge in anatomy and physiology
• Maintenance of a medical record tracking system within the medical treatment facility

Requirements:
• Age - 17 to 40 years old
• Education - Current Senior in High School (HS) or higher education level completed
• Citizenship - U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Background and medical screening required
• Passing score on the ASVAB
