At Imsaz, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Office Assistant to join our Primary Care clinic in Mesa.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient support before, during, and after their visit, working closely with doctors, nurses, and other clinical personnel to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room patients and take vital signs
  • Review patient history and prepare the room for the physician encounter
  • Perform a variety of office-based testing and treatments under the supervision of a clinician
  • Coordinate patient care, including pre-certifications, referrals, and scheduling
  • Manage check-in and check-out functions, and answer incoming calls

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and good computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED, with Medical Experience and EHR knowledge preferred
