Job Title: Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fast-growing Home Health Division in Shelby County, TN.
Key Responsibilities:- Occupational Therapy Services: Provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients according to physician's plans, promoting improved functionality and rehabilitation techniques.
- Treatment Programs: Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring effective recovery and enhanced quality of life.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education and Certification: Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association and registered with the National Registration Examination.
- Clinical Experience: At least Two (2) years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist, with preference given to candidates with additional experience.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
- CPR Certification: Compile and maintain current CPR certification.
