Job Description

As an Outpatient Therapist at Columbus Springs East, your role will involve providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies, including group, individual, and family therapy, to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care and ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LSW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT)
  • State licensure per state requirements
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
  • Prior work experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
