Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock and ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate inventory levels and adhere to food safety standards.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
