Deployed Services, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter II to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to staff and associates by delivering items and supplies as needed.
- Assist with basic housekeeping tasks, including trash removal, sweeping, and fridge maintenance.
- Operate access doors and answer phones as needed.
- Manage personal property, including tagging, bagging, sealing, storing, and retrieving items.
- Prepare and distribute meals, including heating, receiving, and serving food.
- Receive and distribute supplies, including necessities such as clothing, blankets, and personal care items.
- Restock, organize, and label supply items, and clean and stock locations that house overstock items.
- Make supply runs to pick up pre-purchased items, such as food and supplies, from vendors and locations.
- Pick up medical prescriptions from local pharmacies.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English.
- 6 months of supervisory/lead experience required, 1 year preferred.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move through narrow spaces.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Continental United States.
- Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
