About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee our ambulatory care services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage, rooming patients, vital signs, patient education, and prescription refills
  • Serve as a clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff in collaboration with the practice manager
  • Supervise clinical staff, educate, and guide them
  • Act as a liaison between physicians and the clinical team

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing or three years of related professional nursing experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • 3-years of medical office experience required
  • 2-years clinical supervision or lead experience preferred
  • Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes are required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates customer service skills to provide exceptional patient and family experience
