The Database Administrator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the database systems that support the applications at Saint Francis Medical Center and Saint Francis Medical Partners.
This includes completing build configuration, performing release updates, running utilities, managing security setup, environment setup, proactive monitoring, and maintenance.
The Database Administrator will report to the Manager, Technology and Networks.
Job Details and Requirements
This position is located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
We will only consider candidates from the following states: MO, IL, TN, AR, GA.
Education:
A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Certification & Licensures:
N/A
Experience:
At least 3 years of database management experience.
Experience with Windows Server and Linux.
Experience in managing database security, backups, and recoveries.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Understand performance metrics, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues.
Experience with Microsoft SQL and Cache databases.
