About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, preparing products to operational and quality standards, and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guest service and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and deliver products according to Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
  • Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, and comply with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, and handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, with basic computer skills and the ability to operate restaurant equipment.
  • Capable of counting money and making change, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work well in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
