Job Title: Homecare Nurse - Pediatric and Adult Patient Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current RN license for the state where you will be practicing
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home healthcare or pediatrics
  • BLS certification
