Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Automotive Strategy Lead to join our team at Novelis Corporate HQ. As a key member of our Strategy & Planning team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of key automotive opportunity analysis work streams, supporting our global automotive Strategic Marketing agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform market research and stay up-to-date on the latest mobility trends, identifying key areas of risk/opportunity for Novelis Automotive.
  • Provide probability sensitivity analysis assessments of mass reduction value proposition with respect to changing market needs.
  • Engage with external solution providers and Novelis key leaders to support case and product technology portfolio valuations.
  • Lead the practice for Value-in-Use analysis and work with other organizations to support the standardization and documentation of cost studies.
  • Support business development activities and management of day-to-day customer account activities.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, automotive conferences, and other key enabling automotive events.
  • Coordinate with external consulting partners and internal regional sales, technical, product management, and leadership collaborators to develop and regularly update global fact bases.

Requirements

  • Masters/MBA Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business analytics, strategy consulting, or decision sciences.
  • Excellent business partnering skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas and levels of management.
  • Diligent, self-starter who is assertive, disciplined, and flexible.
  • Project management or strategic program management experience.
