Clinical Contract Specialist

Our global client is seeking a seasoned Clinical Contract Specialist to join their team in the United States.
About the JobThis permanent, remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly for a single sponsor while enjoying the security and career growth opportunities provided by a global Contract Research Organization (CRO).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating various clinical trial agreements, including clinical site contracts, investigator-initiated study agreements, and consulting agreements;
- Providing guidance and support to country operations teams and CRO partners on contract-related matters;
- Collaborating with internal General Counsel to ensure contract terms align with company policies and industry best practices;
- Analyzing potential risks associated with contract terms and negotiations;
A successful Clinical Contract Specialist will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in clinical operations or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, with a strong understanding of clinical site contracting processes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
