Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team at JobsRUs.com. in Rice, MN. As a Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing and verifying complex financial information, including the creation and maintenance of production models. You will identify and recommend effective solutions for process improvements while providing leadership and direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing production models and assess the need to implement new tracking mechanisms to assist management in decision making.
  • Perform and/or review complex accounting reconciliations and balance sheet trend analysis.
  • Cross-train to perform critical duties of the accounting team, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting deadlines.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and efficient use of resources.
