Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to perform a range of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests and analyses.
  • Prepare and process samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is properly calibrated and functioning.
  • Analyze test results and ensure accuracy by comparing them to established standards.
  • Follow strict protocols for infection control and safety procedures.
  • Document and report test results in a clear and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with tests or equipment.
  • Maintain and update inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Laboratory Technology, Medical Technology, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification as a Laboratory Technician (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting is a plus.
