Nurse Leadership Opportunity in Wound Care

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Wound Care Clinic at UCHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff relations, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily operations to align with departmental and organizational objectives
- Management of staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution
- Assessment of quality patient care delivered and coordination of patient care services
- Development of departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the strategic plan and vision of the organization
- Monitoring of departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations
Requirements:
- Graduate from a baccalaureate school of nursing (Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred)
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
