Job Description

Support Customer Engagement: As a Teller in our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will be responsible for processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers to enhance customer experience.

Complete Operational Activities: You will work efficiently to minimize risks under established policies while performing routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process teller transactions and share digital solutions with customers.
  • Minimize risks by following established policies.
  • Perform routine tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products.
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
  • A customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • An ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • An ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
