Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for executing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires proficiency in multiple imaging modalities, particularly in:

  • Performing Diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with established protocols.
  • Administering contrast media as necessary for specific procedures.
  • Operating imaging equipment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and disinfection.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Expertise in various DX positioning and procedures, including fluoroscopy and surgical mobile C-Arm operations.
  • Adherence to Radiation Protection practices to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Applied Science.
  • A valid New Jersey State License.
  • ARRT Advanced Certification in MRI or CT is highly preferred.
  • BLS certification from an AHA-approved program.
