Job Overview

Holt Dynamics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of success in a sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and promotional strategies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
