We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Geriatric Neurobehavioral Specialist to join our team at GuideStar Eldercare. In this rewarding role, you will provide expert care and support to elderly individuals in long-term care facilities who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work and be currently licensed as an LCSW in the state where they reside. As a Geriatric Neurobehavioral Specialist, you will work collaboratively with specialty clinicians to deliver holistic, continuity of care that addresses the unique needs of each resident.

About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped productivity bonus potential.
