At Brothers That Just Do Gutters, we're seeking a skilled Lead Gutter & Guards Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and seamless gutter installations.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain seamless gutters and gutter guards
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project goals and deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- 2+ years of experience in construction or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $15-$22, plus overtime
