About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BTP Customer Success Partner- West to join our team at SAP SE. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving the experience of our customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage customers post-sale to ensure they get maximum value from their SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Solutions.
  • Drive the experience of customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations.
  • Manage the customer renewal process including full execution of the entire opportunity-to-win cycle (including CRM, pricing, rev rec, legal, forecasting, etc.).
  • Use your relationship building skills to build a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts such as Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, Partners, etc.

Requirements
  • A technical software background and exposure to cloud-based platform technologies such as analytics, databases, and/or cloud platforms.
  • The aptitude to link technology to business needs and outcomes to articulate the value a particular solution could provide to meet business outcomes.
  • Experience with SAP cloud solutions, including SAP BTP, SAP HANA Databases (Cloud), SAP BUILD, SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the IT Industry.

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. The targeted combined range for this position is $75,000 - $170,000 (USD). Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
