Salary and BenefitsThe estimated hourly salary for this role is between $16.28 - $23.72 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Job DescriptionAs a Resident Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our residents. This includes:
- Recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
