Job Description

As a Resident Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our residents. This includes:

  • Recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
