St. Patrick's Manor is seeking an experienced LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all staff, family members, and residents in a courteous, patient, and caring manner.
  • Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
  • Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families, and physicians.
  • Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
  • Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
  • Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action.
Requirements:
  • MA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Long-Term Care experience preferred.
  • BLS with work assignment.
  • PCC experience a bonus.
