St. Patrick's Manor is seeking an experienced LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to all staff, family members, and residents in a courteous, patient, and caring manner.
- Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
- Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families, and physicians.
- Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action.
- MA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- BLS with work assignment.
- PCC experience a bonus.
