Job Overview

Worknet Staffing Services is a staffing agency that specializes in providing temporary and long-term labor solutions to various industries throughout the Acadiana area.

We are currently seeking skilled laborers for various positions, including warehouse workers, drivers, construction laborers, heavy equipment operators, shop hands, clerical/professional workers, general laborers, groundskeeping & maintenance workers, assemblers, and janitors.

Compensation Package

The compensation package for this position includes an hourly rate of $12 or more, depending on the specific job requirements and qualifications. The company offers competitive pay rates, ensuring that our staff members receive fair compensation for their work.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various tasks associated with warehouse operations, such as receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in construction projects, including demolition, excavation, and building construction.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport personnel, materials, or equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some positions may require specialized certifications or training.
  • Prior experience in a related field or industry preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
