Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Specialist in Bertrand, NE. This role involves preparing trucks for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.

  • Loading and unloading agricultural inputs from trucks using heavy or light-duty machinery/equipment.
  • Conducting and recording daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
  • Inspecting in-use equipment for seeps and leaks of process equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of operations and/or business operations.
  • The ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, and tractors.
  • The ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • Climbing rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins.
