Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
  • Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements
  • Plan and review compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
