Advanced Care Partner Role

UCHealth is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Care Partner to join our team. As an Advanced Care Partner, you will provide direct patient care under the delegation and/or supervision of a nurse/healthcare provider.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including gathering vital signs, measuring blood glucose, and performing sterile dressing changes.
  • Assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and progressive mobility.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized care area.
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Enrollment in an accredited nursing program and good standing.
  • Completion of first clinical rotation (equivalent to Med/Surg I) and provision of transcripts of successful completion.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of $27.60.
  • PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
  • Flex shift schedule.
