Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at Mako Medical. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities and private residential homes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood and other specimens from patients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all specimens are properly labeled, packaged, and transported to the laboratory for analysis.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth specimen collection and transport.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of specimen collection and transport.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for specimen collection and handling.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Phlebotomy certification or training program completion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
