Dialysis Nurse Practitioner

A dynamic and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is sought after by Health Systems Management, Inc. to join our dialysis team.
We are a full-service healthcare management organization providing high-quality patient care and efficient business operations for over 35 years in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to clients.
- Rending highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Using the nursing process to deliver direct and indirect patient care.
- Acting as Team Lead when necessary in work assignments.
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve highest standards of care.
- Maintaining a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and procedures.
This role requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Successful passing of the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.
