Pipe Welder Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipe Welder to join our team at North American Construction Services, Ltd. in Seymour, IN.

This permanent, full-time Pipefitter will be responsible for welding and joining pipes and related components, installing, aligning, and securing pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools, welding equipment, and specialized tools according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.

The ideal candidate will have 6G welding certification, ability to interpret and execute drawings and blueprints, use mathematics to lay out angles, arcs, and circles, and possess skills in accepted trade methods and techniques, such as figuring pipe joint, take outs, aligning pipes, valves, fittings, and joints for accurate match and installing proper braces and supports to control movement and vibration and allow for expansion and contraction.

Responsibilities include testing systems and equipment after completing work for proper circulation, flow, pressure, and leak-free joints.

• 6G welding certification
