Membership Clerk II

Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Clerk II to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate membership records, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our youth.

• Manage membership data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of member information and applications.
• Assist members with scanning their membership cards, issuing new cards, and providing alternate sign-in methods.
• Maintain attendance records, prepare reports, and monitor phone and public address system usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and redirecting questions to appropriate staff.
• Collect membership fees, maintain financial records, and track payment plans.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in office practices, customer service, and MS Office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Our community-based location serves youth, families, and community members daily. You will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and atypical work schedules, including evenings and weekends.
